Roadside Assitance App Experience

One of the most utilized benefits of Hagerty's Drivers Club membership is its roadside service; designed specifically for catering to classic vehicle needs. With the goals of increasing NPS, member adoption, and maintainining a competitive advantage with other roadside providers in the market, we successfully built a native mobile experience that allows members to initiate a roadside event directly from their mobile device.

Defining problems

Users:  Need to remember a phone number to call in for assistance and be able to have a good idea of their exact location so a truck can be dispatched to them. This existing experience can make an already stressful situation more cumbersome.

Business:  Wants to grow app install base to existing members, increase NPS score, decrease call volume (reducing call center costs), and increase membership purchases.
